North Queensland centre Kane Linnett will stay at the NRL premiers until the end of the 2018 season after signing a new deal with the Cowboys.

Linnett is the third member of the Cowboys squad to sign a new deal in the past few weeks, joining fullback Lachlan Coote and winger Antonio Winterstein.

The 27-year-old has played 111 games for the Cowboys, scoring 46 tries.
